The scent is absolutely spot on and smells divine before you even touch it. The base is a gorgeous thick white glue jelly that is light and fluffy. I almost did not want to mix it because it looks so pretty sitting there with the star glitter sparkling through it. That little bit of glitter is the perfect amount of whimsy and really makes the whole thing feel magical. The pumice crust on the bottom is gritty and tightly packed and it is satisfying to break into. Putting this one together is fun. The crust crunching and crumbling as it folds into that thick jelly is very satisfying, and the finished texture is a really nice combo, pillowy with that gentle grit running through it. Everything works together so beautifully. It is playful, cozy, and dessert-y in all the right ways. From the Wanderlust themed drop and easily a standout. OVERALL: 10/10 Have YOU tried this one? 🦢 swanhaven by @bleuslimess 🤍 texture: 🦢 fully coated clear with large chunky perlite (non-abrasive!) scent: 🤍 sea salt, mango, and a hint of gardenia level: advanced add-ins: 2 swan charms + fimo + glitter Textural swan heaven, truly. This slime is LOUD in the very best way, and honestly giant perlite is not usually my go-to texture, but I have been turned into a believer. The crunch is so dramatic and so satisfying, every fold and squish giving you the most incredible gritty, cronchhhy ASMR, and despite how chunky the perlite looks the slime stays completely non-abrasive on the hands (which is slightly shocking to me). I have medium tofu hands and this did not bother me one bit, it was almost like a little hand massage. The scent on this one is so unique and I am into it. Sea salt and gardenia float at the top in this clean breezy way. It is unlike any other slime scent I own, light and a little airy, perfect for the haven aesthetic. A really lovely change of pace from my usual gourmand picks. Now can we talk about the swan charms?? There are TWO of them, and that detail alone made me melt. 🦢 Did you know? Swans famously form long-term monogamous pair bonds that often last 20+ years, sometimes for life. They are widely considered a symbol of fidelity and devotion, and pairs only “divorce” if they fail to breed or one passes. So the fact that this slime comes with a swan pair instead of a single charm is such a thoughtful, romantic little touch. A genuinely beautiful, loud, satisfying, crooonchity cronch slime! I actually love when my dogs get the zoomies and act completely unhinged. It makes me smile and laugh every time, just pure freedom in acting a little crazy. We have a long hallway and that is my dog’s favorite place to perform, parkouring couch to couch. Honestly I feel like I get zoomies too sometimes, a little delirious, and it is freeing and fun. Fun fact: the official scientific name for the zoomies is Frenetic Random Activity Periods, FRAPs for short, which is a very serious label for a dog launching himself off a couch at full speed. This slime has great textures from all the inclusions and uses such fun bead shapes, so it is just overall so much fun. The scent is berrylicious and that is exactly what it is.

📓 scrapbook bead crunch clear by @catscraftmc ✂️ 📓 texture: thick clear packed with shaped beads and charms for crunch ✂️ scent: strawberries, shortcake and whipped cream 🎲 add-ins: scrapbook beads and charms mixed all the way through This is my first slime from CatsCraft and I bought it in the middle of full blown Slime Con FOMO, watching the live streams, meeting all the different vendors through a screen, and deciding I needed to be part of it somehow. Opening this jar is an eye spy game. There is so much hiding in here that I keep finding new things every single stretch, and I especially love the mini dice. I have no idea why, they just make me smile every time one rolls into view. The whole thing is so whimsical and fun that I catch myself hunting through it. The base is a really great thick clear, with a soft pink tint that might be intentional or might just be all the inclusions playing tricks on me. Crunches are loud and chunky, the bubble pops are so good, and there was zero fallout the entire time I played. It holds its shape in your hand in the best way, this would honestly make an interesting stress ball @here4thetexture. The scent is a very light strawberry.

🎪 zooted at the carnival by @pilotslime 🍿 🎪 texture: white glue semi-pom pom 🍿 scent: signature zooted at the carnival, kettle corn, melted butter, cotton candy and a faint herbal incense base 🎠 size: 7 oz, level: intermediate Basically this could be the ugliest slime with the strangest theme, and if it were scented zooted at the carnival I would still buy it. That is how much I enjoy this unique signature scent from Pilot. The blend is sweet and salty and herbal all at once. Kettle corn and melted butter and cotton candy up top with that faint incense base sitting underneath. Pilot describes it as a smoke shop inside a carnival rather than anything explicit, and that is exactly what it smells like. Fun fact, kettle corn is genuinely a colonial American thing, brought over by Dutch settlers in the 1700s and sold out of cast iron kettles at fairs ever since. I think this is the original? Not totally sure, but this texture is so fun and smooth and wonderful on the hands. White glue semi-pom pom, and normally pom poms are not my thing in slime at all, but this one works so well. It is like the mini ball version of Trippin’ Ballz with the giant floam.🍿

I could listen to its serene music for hours. I love the scent of this one: black pepper, bergamot and gardenia. Such a wonderful, refreshing combo, that really brings “balance” to the play. I love the yin and yang charms and the simple black and white of the slime. Yin and yang is a foundational concept in Chinese philosophy, the idea that seemingly opposite forces are actually complementary, interconnected and interdependent in the natural world. We are all just searching for some sort of balance, aren’t we? I know I am. There is a line attributed to Rumi that fits: “Life is a balance between holding on and letting go.” I love this so much more than I even imagined, for some reason, and now I wish I had grabbed more from the aromatherapy line.☯️

The street lamp charm and glow in the dark glitters say it all. The scent is clean and calming, white tea, sage, rain, and fresh linen, like fresh air after a storm. Chaos Slimes built this one around anxiety and PTSD. The racing thoughts, the paranoia, the loud brain moments. The idea is that this slime doesn’t try to quiet that down. It meets you where you are. As someone who lives with both, that landed for me hard. The texture is exactly what the name promises. Nonstop crackle, pop, and crunch from the perlite, bingsu, and tiny block beads. There is always something happening, no quiet moments, no dead space. Somehow that constant motion in your hands gives the noise in your head a place to go. Brilliantly designed. The look is just as thoughtful. A gorgeous storm grey base packed with shimmery glitter that gets even more sparkly as it all mixes together. And the charm. “Hello, I am trying my best.” If that doesn’t sum up adult life with an anxious brain, I do not know what does. I love it so much. The scent honestly speaks for itself, so I am going to borrow their words because they said it best: “lemon drop hits first with a bright, sharp citrus, followed by a clean, airy bamboo note, with a subtle dark twist from black cherry merlot underneath. It’s slightly off, slightly addictive, and weirdly grounding all at once.” I felt every word of that, especially the grounding part. This is my first order from Chaos and I am so glad I went for it. So much thought, intention, and heart went into this slime, and you can feel it. a number couldn’t hold what this one means. some slimes meet you where you are, and that is the whole

East Bay Slimes

🥀 if you marry me, would you bury me, would you carry me to the end? by @eastbayslimes 🖤 🥀 texture: foamy plump fleece in a decadent blackberry-red-velvet hue 🍷 scent: dark chocolate red wine sponge cake with a hint of smoked black cardamom, hand-blended by the shop 💍 toppers: 1oz blood-red pomegranate blackberry coulis jelly + tangy goat cheese buttercream feather clay smear 🖤 inspiration: “To The End” by My Chemical Romance Real story: I opened my very first East Bay order and then, no joke, immediately ordered four more slimes from the drop. This one is my favorite so far, and there are so many things I am still shook over. The artistry here goes so deep. This slime continues the story of MCR’s Demolition Lovers from “To The End” on Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, where the Demo Man, having made a deal with the devil, must take a thousand evil souls to be reunited with his departed beloved, and crashes a wedding to rack up more, his grief and rage turning a celebration of love into a horror show. The song is even speculated to draw on William Faulkner’s “A Rose for Emily,” where Emily poisons her lover to keep him from ever leaving. Both cling to a fantasy rather than accept a loss, and it destroys them. And yet, as East Bay points out, taken a bit out of context the title line is actually pretty sweet. The charms are so perfect to this story and the whole artistic vision, all the feels. The scents are unreal. East Bay hand-blends everything. The goat cheese feather clay smells JUST like tangy goat cheese, and the texture is like real goat cheese too. The cakey, red velvety, dark red wine base scent is one of those you have to smell to believe. And the pomegranate coulis jelly is so strong, so deep, so moody. Unreal good. The foamy plump fleece texture in that decadent blackberry-red-velvet hue is just perfection, luscious. The color is so gorgeously dark and moody, and even with a hue this deep, it leaves zero residue on my hands. This might be one of the best slimes I have ever owned, and it has me convinced I need more dark, moody slimes in my collection.

The pearls are iridescent beauties and the clear is absolutely pristine, so the whole jar just glows. Something beautiful for the name: the oldest mermaid story we have is about a goddess. Atargatis loved a mortal man, and when she lost him she threw herself into the water to disappear. The sea would not let her go unseen, so it kept her beautiful from the waist up and gave her a tail below. Nearly every culture that ever lived beside deep water eventually told a version of the same story, a woman in the waves who is part of the sea and part of us. While I was playing I immediately started thinking that @here4thetexture would make an absolutely gorgeous stress ball with this texture, in some kind of oceany clear “shell”. It has a perfumy peach berry scent that is super dreamy and fits the whole thing perfectly. This is such a gorgeous summer dreamy mermaid slime, total ocean mermaid summertime joy vibes all around.

🍌 in my peelings by @kaspykrafts 🍌 🍌 texture: WG pulp jelly, base only (skipped the pumice crust add) 🍌 scent: “the quiet reflection of Mr. Banana after a $250 EMDR session” (fresh banana, vanilla wafers, butter cookies, heavy cream, and the realization you still have a $4500 deductible) 🍌 add-ins: my own improvised banana charms (more on that in a sec) Okay, we have to start with that description, because Kaspy’s slime descriptions (and voice overs) are pure art. “The quiet reflection of Mr. Banana after a $250 EMDR session” plus every note that followed? Sold me immediately. I was howling. The branding alone deserves a standing ovation. I opted for just the base on this one, no pumice crust, because I really wanted that smooth experience on the hands and to feel the WG pulp jelly in its purest form. So worth it. The texture is genuinely unique, almost like folding fresh smushed banana into banana bread batter. That pulpy soft squish does not quite compare to anything else I have played with. Such a satisfying play. The scent though, oh my goodness. Spot on. To me it reads like a fresh banana cream pie or a really good southern homemade banana pudding. Warm vanilla, that creamy butter cookie note, and real fresh banana with zero artificial weirdness. Banana scents are SO easy to get wrong and this one is gorgeous. Quick honesty moment: I wasn’t fast enough to grab the original Mr. Banana charm that came with this drop, so I improvised with a banana squishy of my own so I didn’t feel left out. Omg, it’s amazing. Super smooth and just gorgeous with the mixed in glitter. I love how it feels a bit rubbery but also super stretchy. I don’t know if that makes sense, but it’s amazing. Non tacky, no residue, and great pops! The scent is sooo good, like creamy lemon cakes and milky goodness. I love Queen and I love this Queen slime. The yellow base is a nod to Freddie’s iconic yellow jacket, and I love the playing card Queen charm and all the crown glitter, which mixes in so nicely to give the perfect amount of glimmer. Fun fact: Freddie Mercury studied graphic art and design before Queen took off (just like me!), and he designed the band’s crest himself. Two lions for Roger and John (both Leos), a crab for Brian (Cancer) and two fairies for Freddie (Virgo), all wrapped around a big Q with a crown on top 👑

The scent is so spot on it is almost dangerous. Juicy fruit notes with this fresh, yogurty sweetness that smells genuinely delicious. If you love gourmand scents this one delivers. The texture is dreamy silica heaven. White glue slushee with silica is such a satisfying combo and the pops and crunches while you play sound like you are almost actually eating a granola-y parfait. If you love a good silica slime, this is the one. There is a tiny bit of fallout from the purple and pink crystal rocks, but they make the aesthetic so worth it. The colors are gorgeous and give the whole slime that layered parfait look. I do not mind the tiny bit of fallout at all for how pretty it is. Everything about this slime just works, from the scent to the texture to the look. I can see why Macaron sells out all their slimes so fast each drop. OVERALL: 10/10 Have YOU tried this one? I say it to my son all the time, and it is the title of a book I read to him constantly, so I saw the name of this slime and nothing else and added it straight to my cart. This one has such a sweet meaning to me. The scent reads more like strawberry cotton candy to my nose than the strawberry cream cheese frosting on the label, very sweet, and it smells great either way. This is such a crisp beautiful white glue pumice in a gorgeous baby pink. Crunch city, so many pops, and I love the asmr on this one. The pumice inclusions give total moon vibes and the label is super cute too. Fun fact, the moon really is getting further away, drifting about an inch and a half from us every year. So to the moon and back is a slightly longer trip every time you say it. This is probably my favorite slime from OG ever.🌙

Fresh cut grass, beer and cologne, total World Cup match vibes, and it delivers exactly that. I enjoy it SO much. I love the gold color, though it did leave a bit of gold glitter residue on my hands. I love the crunchy emerald green rocks at the bottom that are meant to resemble the World Cup trophy. Fun fact, the real trophy has two bands of green malachite around its base, so those green rocks are a genuinely accurate detail. All around such a wonderfully planned slime with the theme. Being honest about my experience with this one. Mine arrived with no label and so melty it was basically soup, so it needed a lot of reactivation, probably from being on the older side. I reached out about the missing label and the signature on the cap, and heard back that it was likely an accident and I may have been sent the first slime or the demo. I sent photos hoping for a confirmed explanation and maybe to be sent a label, and did not hear back after that unfortunately. 🏆

As someone who loves a good meringue, this one had my whole heart. I am so in love with this inflating slay. The mixing is a touch resistant at first thanks to the clay, but once it all integrates it truly becomes the fluffy sizzly dream Potcha promised. Gorgeous thick meringue texture with that satisfying sizzle and inflation, and the prettiest light pink matte glittery color. Every part of the assembly is perfect: the handmade clay pavlova, the berry sauce, the charms, the strawberry fimo. So well thought through. The scent is super berry right on the front and so yummy, like biting into a fresh berry tart. A blend of berries and marshmallow meringue that is not too sweet, with a realistic tartness that keeps it from going cloying. A perfect fruity dream. The charms, the assembly, the fruit sauce, everything is just right. A really, really great slime.

Pumpkin Pals Slime

🐷 sweet dreams, piggy by @pumpkinpalslimes ✨ 🐷 texture: jumbo floam (glue all mix) 🍪 scent: warm almond cookie ✨ size: approximately 7oz 🌙 add-ins: microbeads, moon charm, random piggy charm This is from my very first Pumpkin Pals order, and the name alone (Sweet Dreams, Piggy) is the cutest. It is such a fun GIANT floam glue all mix in the prettiest baby blue, and the jumbo floam is just so much fun to play with. I always reach for the jumbo floams. You do not see them around often, and they are truly fun, which is exactly what slime should be. All those big beads popping and crunching is the best. The scent is so nice too, a warm almond cookie that smells bakery-ish with cozy almond notes. The microbeads are fun to mix in (but I don’t know that I needed them, it was perfect without them) and the moon and piggy charms are super cute. I really, really enjoyed this one from my first Pumpkin Pals order. Such a sweet, dreamy giant floam.

The base is such a thick slime that it holds all those beads in effortlessly. Zero fallout. It is a gorgeous pink iridescent sparkly dream. Super relaxing, and it looks like a bath full of huge bubbles where somebody poured in the whole jug to make a bubble bomb. The scent is fruity bubble bath and it is a super clean, fresh floral. I really like it. It is exactly what I want my bubble bath to smell like, and what I want my skin to smell like after. Bubble bath tidbit: Mr. Bubble launched in 1961 as a cheap bubble bath aimed squarely at kids who did not want baths, and it worked so well that it basically turned bath time into a bribe. This one is such a gem from OG, I am so happy with it.🛁

The scent is a lovely blend of starfruit, key lime, and whipped cream, and it smells delicious the second you open it up and even better as you play with it! The texture is a wood glue whippy that is super smooth and clean on the hands, in the most beautiful pastel green color. The glitter is gorgeous and gives it such a clean, fun aesthetic. I really enjoyed my first Smurfy’s slime, and now I am so excited to open up the others!

Such a perfect Mario themed combo and these little 4 oz minis are SO cute lined up together. Starting with the Fire Flower because of course. The base is a microfloam x fishbowl bead combo and it is such a fun light texture, all those tiny crunchy clicks from the fishbowl beads layered on top of that airy floam stretch. Peach candy scent is medium strength and lands perfectly: sweet, juicy, full candy aisle vibes. The little fire flower charm is just the cutest. Total power-up energy. Green Mushroom is a straight fishbowl bead base and somehow the gentlest, most fun fishbowl I have played with in a while. Bright clicky bubble pops the whole way through and a really refreshing guava scent. Mushroom charm is exactly as cute as you would hope. Super Star is the showstopper of the trio for me. A beautiful yellow bingsu absolutely packed with sparkle, light to the touch, super airy, with that signature bingsu crackle. The lemon scent is clean and sweet and really suits the star, like a little bright bite of power-up. Star charm and star sprinkles on top for full theme commitment. This bundle is just pure fun. Three completely different textures, three solid scents, all themed around the same iconic power-ups and presented in adorable 4 oz minis. Perfect for sampling Tanooki’s range or for anyone who, like me, needed an excuse to play Mario in slime form after the movie. Such a thoughtful little drop.
