It is so delicious smelling, heavy apple with notes of cookie, sugar, and maple, a truly multi-layered scent. It makes me deeply nostalgic for fall fairs, walking through orchards picking apples, and grabbing every apple baked good the farmers market has to offer. The texture is Tangie’s hand blended snowfizz, packed extra full this time so it is extra crispy, with a butter perlite topper. What a fantastic combo. This is a slime I do not want to put down, it is perfection, with super big inflation and lots of fun pops. Cute details on this one: Tangie designed it with someone special in mind, and the label features Yujiro Hanma from Baki, a character the internet swears loves apple fritters. Also, since fall is officially peeking around the corner: apple fritters are basically medieval, they show up in English cookbooks from the 1390s. Humans have been frying apples in batter for over 600 years, and honestly, who could blame us. Bring on fritter season.
