Every single one I have tried is so smooth and luxe right out of the jar, and Panda Biscuits is no exception. The WG base feels so polished and silky before all the floam comes into play. Now I will be honest, floam is not usually my go-to category. But this combo of micro floam plus mini floam works SO well. It is super airy, packed with endless crunch, and gives those bubbly bubble pops I love. Stretches beautifully and bounces right back, and zero fallout from any of the beads while I played. Super satisfying! The scent is sugar cookie blended with strawberry. To my nose, this leans more bakery with just a faint fruity whisper of strawberry in the back, but both notes are on the subtle side overall. Sweet and cute, just lighter than I usually like. A stronger scent would have pushed this to perfection for me. The charms though. Rodem NEVER cheaps out on add-ons, and this drop is no different. Three adorable charms including the cutest pink panda bear I want to keep on my desk forever. Such a thoughtful little finishing touch.
