Beef Pho / Pho Bo

-- beef pho/pho bo by @potchaslimes QOTD: Have you ever had or want to have pho? Review Notes: -- first, sorry for the wonky ass lighting. The sun was not being cooperative even though it was out and parts were just artifical lighting. Then it cooperated when I was nearly done 🫠 But isn't this stunning regardless? Love the hand cut clay noodles and all the little garnishes with juicy meat and meatball charms! IRL I absolutely would not leave that chili pepper near my food 🤣 -- so, as usual I've had this since she released it and did not film until about 10 days ago. As a result, my noodles were dried out. Ngl, I enjoyed the look of thenoodle pieces in the crystal clear base so I left it LOL. Completely non tacky, crispy yet squelchy and juicy ASMR with that signature resistance you get from kglue until it warms up. -- this smells EXACTLY like pho. 10/10.
