We are diving into Lakeside by DreamGlow Slimes, which is a perlite texture with a shimmery clear topper scented salty sea air. This post is dedicated to all the memories I’ve made at the lake over the last 15 years. A close friend of mine had a timeshare there that recently sold, and as far back as my kids can remember, we’ve spent countless days on that lake. Summers filled with swimming, boating, riding jet skis, and packing every cousin we could fit into that timeshare created memories I’ll always treasure. This is our first summer without those trips, and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little sad about it. So today, I’m dedicating this post to all of those wonderful memories. The texture of this slime has a nice stretchy, creamy feel and is lightly packed with perlite, which gives it a gentle crunch. The perlite helps it catch air easily, creating lots of crackly bubble pops during play. The scent is medium strength and smells fresh and clean. It actually reminds me of a body spray I used to love called Turquoise Seas. I don’t know if anyone else remembers that Calgon Take Me Away classic! Perlite is one of my favorite add-ins because it creates great texture without feeling abrasive.
