I gave this girl an immediate glow up because it isn’t clear from the jar that she supports Beat Breast Cancer. She’s pretty! This was my first order from Butter & Bubbles and I really loved this beautiful, smooth wood glue butter. It reminded me of a paper clay, super smooth and creamy. And that pink ribbon glitter running through it is just beautiful, the perfect little nod to the cause. The scent is medium to strong, a beautiful feminine perfumey blend of cashmere, almond and sugared vanilla. Smells like a perfume counter in the best way. Real talk: about 1 in 8 U.S. women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. The good news is the breast cancer death rate has dropped 44% since 1989, and when it’s caught early, the five-year survival rate is over 99%. Beat Breast Cancer gives grants toward breast cancer research, education, treatment and care, so every jar of Pink-a-Boo helps. Ladies, this is your reminder to book your yearly mammogram. The American Cancer Society recommends yearly screening starting at 40, and if breast cancer runs in your family, talk to your doctor about starting sooner.
