Tea Bagel

Not entirely sure what the topper is meant to represent, but it does create a nice monochrome aesthetic with bold bits of black "tea leaves" and the single flower. Very elegant! -- Miho-san did not give a ton of detail about the texture, but the inspo is the chewiness of a bagel. This is a tng variant IMO and is indeed thick, glossy and chewy. Moderate resistance, moderate inflation, not tacky, loud pops, can get bubbly. -- this smells exactly as described, with the Earl Grey being the dominant note and the creamy milk (not tangy or sour) with delicious bread supporting it wonderfully. Medium strength.
